To deliver milk to your doorstep we collect only what is needed:

• Name, mobile number and email address used to create your account
• Delivery address, area and landmark details
• Subscription preferences such as milk type, quantity, delivery slot and delivery days
• Order and delivery history, including bottle returns
• Wallet balance, recharge records and payment references
• Support messages you send us over WhatsApp, phone or email

Your account details are used to identify you, deliver your milk on time, contact you about deliveries, and provide customer support. We may send you service messages about orders, payments, pauses and delivery changes.

Orders, subscriptions and delivery records are stored securely in our cloud database and are accessible only to authorised AIMS PURE staff for operations, billing and support. We keep this history so you can view past deliveries and payments in your dashboard.

Online payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. AIMS PURE does not store your full card number, UPI PIN, CVV or net-banking credentials on our servers. We only store the payment amount, method, status and a transaction reference so we can reconcile your wallet and issue refunds when applicable.

We use browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your preferences and keep the app working smoothly. We do not sell your browsing data. You can clear this storage from your browser settings at any time, though you will need to sign in again.

Access to customer data is restricted with authentication and role-based permissions, and data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. While no system can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure, we take reasonable steps to protect your information from unauthorised access, loss or misuse.

We share your details only with our delivery team and service partners (such as payment and messaging providers) to the extent required to fulfil your order, or where required by law. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

• View and update your profile and delivery address from your dashboard
• Pause or cancel your subscription at any time
• Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you
• Request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to billing records we must retain
• Opt out of promotional messages while continuing to receive essential delivery updates
