Terms & Conditions

You must provide accurate name, mobile number and delivery address details. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe and for activity on your account. One household should use one account so deliveries and billing stay accurate.

Orders can be placed for milk (500 ml, 1 L, 2 L, 5 L) and ghee jars. All orders are subject to availability and to our delivery area coverage. We may decline or adjust an order if the product is unavailable or the address is outside our serviceable area.

• Subscriptions can be daily, alternate-day or on selected days, in a morning or evening slot
• Changes to quantity, slot or plan take effect from the next delivery cycle if made before the cut-off time
• You may pause your subscription (vacation mode) for any date range from your dashboard
• Deliveries are made in reusable glass bottles which must be kept ready for pickup

• The first-day free trial is limited to one bottle per new household
• The free trial applies to milk only and is not available on ghee
• A refundable bottle deposit may apply and is separate from the free trial
• We may withdraw or modify the free trial offer at any time for new customers

Current prices are cow milk ₹70 per litre, buffalo milk ₹90 per litre, cow ghee ₹900 per kg and buffalo ghee ₹1,400 per kg. Prices for smaller or larger packs are calculated proportionally. Prices may change with prior notice in the app; the price shown at the time of billing applies.

Morning deliveries are typically completed before 7 AM. Delivery times may vary due to weather, traffic, festivals or local restrictions. Please ensure someone can receive the delivery or provide a safe drop point along with the previous day's empty bottles.

Subscriptions are billed from your AIMS PURE wallet. You can recharge your wallet online. If your wallet balance is insufficient, deliveries may be paused until the balance is topped up. All amounts are in Indian Rupees.

A next-day delivery can be skipped or cancelled before the daily cut-off time (9 PM). Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from your dashboard or by contacting support. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for refund handling.

• Keep your delivery address and contact number up to date
• Return empty glass bottles on the next delivery; lost or broken bottles may be charged
• Refrigerate milk immediately after delivery
• Report any quality issue on the same day so we can investigate and replace it

Service is available only in areas we currently cover. We may temporarily suspend deliveries due to supply shortages, public holidays or events beyond our control, and will inform you where possible.

We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the service means you accept the revised terms.
